- Conflict in cmake/Apps.cmake: kept Linux WIN32 guards, took upstream's
  Launcher/problem.h source + dingosdk_mods link.
- Upstream touched Windows-only areas; Linux server closure untouched.
- Verified: Linux configure + build + 8/8 portable ctest green.
