The release script's Linux step failed: dingosdk_server_park_tests and dingosdk_server_lock_tests
build server_host.cpp and server_commands.cpp, which call ServerPlugins since the server Lua API,
without server_plugins.cpp or dingosdk_plugins. Both have them now; the 18 Linux tests pass.
MSVC compiles with /MP instead of /MP4, so a project uses every core rather than four (the
release build's clean ReSkate.dll was the slow part).
A user-wide "vcpkg integrate install" ran its DLL copy after every link with PowerShell 7
("'pwsh.exe' is not recognized"); ReSkate uses no vcpkg packages, and the projects now leave it
out (VCPkgLocalAppDataDisabled).
