3 people 2189a1610e fix(crop): stabilize resizing and apply ratio changes immediately (#3206) ...

Compute snapped handles from press-time geometry to avoid feedback from
Auto Center Preview. Paint the image and crop frame with the same camera.

Apply ratio and size options immediately as centred rectangles contained
in the current frame. Respect saved ratios, keep Swap and X consistent,
and let Enter apply output sizes without an initial resize.

Use container padding for the options bar's text allowance so right-aligned
crop actions do not introduce horizontal overflow.

Add regression coverage for handle snapping, rendered frames, preset/Enter
and Swap/X interactions, and options-bar scrolling at multiple UI scales.
Enable public GitHub profile name syncing for TheTeslak's contributor credit.
