* Type: hitTest, caret and navigate commands so agents can edit text by position (part of #219)

Stateless queries in document pixels. The word, line and hit-test helpers move from type_tool.rs into photocraft-text, and the Type tool calls the same code.

* Regenerate docs/scorecard.md after rebase
