DeeJanuzandClaude Opus 5.5 ef97943247 hands: ship model v20a (pin + catalog)
v20a adds Frametop Hands bounty rounds #19-#26 to v19b's data (minus #17).
Held-back prompted pinches read closed 91% (v19b 50%), middle taps reach
the thumb 81% (14%); held-out people px 3.7, pinch gap near zero.
HF DeeJanuz/frametop-hands-models 03d7695. v19b moves to older.

"notes": "v19b's training data without Frametop Hands contribution #17, plus contributions #19 to #26 (bounty rounds: taps, card grabs, pinches, hand gestures, middle-finger taps, pokes and a full session), taught from their prompts the same way as v19b. The palm detector is v13b-p1's, unchanged. Same networks as stock, so the same CPU cost.\n\nWhat to expect against v19b: on prompted acts held back from training, a held thumb-index pinch reads closed 91% of the time (v19b 50%) and a thumb-middle tap reaches the thumb 81% (v19b 14%). The few millimetres v19b added between the thumb and index tips are gone, so a light pinch no longer needs a firmer squeeze. Pokes and resting hands on the poke round read as touching less often. Finger points, hand shape and the replays are as before or slightly better.\n\nKnown weak spots: on some of the new rounds a resting hand reads as touching more often than with v19b (up to about 40 points on small sets; a control model moves those rows by up to 25 points, so part of it is noise). The new rounds are one person's.",

"notes": "v13b-p1's landmark model trained further on v16b's data plus Frametop Hands contributions #15 (pokes), #16 (middle-finger taps) and #17 (card grabs). New: where a bounty round's prompt asked for a fingertip touch, training pulls those tips together, and where it asked for a resting hand, it keeps them apart. The palm detector is v13b-p1's, unchanged. Same networks as stock, so the same CPU cost.\n\nWhat to expect against v16b: on prompted acts held back from training, a held thumb-index pinch reads closed 58% of the time (v16b 21%) and a held thumb-middle touch 100% (v16b 33%). The replays track the same hands, and finger points and hand shape are as close as before. The held-out pinch number below is lower (69% against 80%) because it counts touches by the teacher model's labels, which miss many real touches; v16b followed them more closely.\n\nKnown weak spots: it reads the thumb and index tips a few millimetres further apart than v16b, so a light pinch may need a firmer squeeze, and a resting hand reads as touching a little more often for some people.",
