A fingertip on Full Keyboard's panel went through ft-screens' SteamVR
panel path, so the pointer helper's laser did the click and showed up.
Now ft-screens sends those pokes to the input relay as "kbpoke SIDE VERB
[x y z]", the relay passes them to Full Keyboard as "kb poke ...", and
Full Keyboard presses keys with its own pointers, as Frametop's screens
take a hand. Other SteamVR panels keep the laser.
