SteamVR's vrpathreg runs "xdg-open vrmonitor://driverinstalled" when a
driver is registered, for a monitor app the Frame doesn't have. Recline's
linked install then printed every browser xdg-open failed to find (from the
VR session), or desktop mode showed "Could not read file". Linked install
and uninstall commands now run with lib/link-path first on PATH, whose
xdg-open drops vrmonitor:// links and passes anything else to the real one.
