AstronautCheetah 228762d0b1 feat(i18n): menu entries and the VR dashboard panels in Spanish ...

Menu entries get Name[lang]/Comment[lang] lines at install (lib/i18n.py desktop). The scroll
strips' and Android Mirror's dashboard panels mark their text with T()/N(), and sft-dashboard
sends the translations for the keyboard's language (window.__sftI18n) every 5 s.
