AstronautCheetah 7361b65e67 feat: tag the tweaks that ask for the sudo password ...

A manifest's sudo: says when and why installing the tweak asks for the
sudo password, or homebrew: only while Homebrew isn't installed (the tweaks
that call need_brew). The window tags the row "sudo" (a Homebrew one only
until Homebrew is there), with the reason in the tooltip and on its page;
the README tables mark it *(sudo)*, and ./install.sh list and info say so.

Battery charge limit declares its udev rule; Homebrew, Dictation, Screen
snip and Android Mirror declare homebrew. The row's tooltip now lists every
note (experimental, linked, sudo, pack) instead of keeping only the last.
