Resolve HS and decal one-before relocation aliases
Lane D refresh packet 6: config only, +1,568 padded bytes strict exact (5 functions), no source change, zero stable-verdict regressions. Each function indexes a table with a base offset, so January encodes an address before the table; csplit attributed it to the preceding image symbol. Retarget to the owning table with the negative addend (line surgery on relocs.json, same class as the leaf_map fix): - _hs_inspect_enum, _hs_parse_enum: _hs_fast_setup_network_server_definition+16 -> _hs_enum_table-256 - _hs_parse_tag_reference: action_index string+60 -> _hs_tag_reference_type_group_tags-96 - _hs_parse_object_name: action_index string+58 -> _hs_object_type_masks-86 - _render_debug_decals: _decal_points2d_temp+176 -> _decal_geometry-24 The semantic scorer already accepted all five as ordinary relocation aliases, so objdiff progress is unchanged. parked.json: unpark the four parked HS rows.
