OpenCE gametypes named in the server browser (network version 37), and
the host may leave the shield effects to each player (SHIELD EFFECTS'
PLAYERS' OWN, network version 38). The conflict: our Android listing
declarations stay beside upstream's p2p_set_game_listing with its new
kind.
