MrBruh 40d9017e68 Give StageKit's runs the header of an Xbox ui.map, which the game's check of the maps folder asks for (#266) ...

Since the check of the maps folder (e075fffa2), a game whose maps folder has no ui.map says so and quits, so every StageKit run stopped before its map loaded and CI's Linux test step failed (16 tests). The runner now writes the eight bytes the check reads ('head' and the Xbox's version 5); nothing in a run reads more of ui.map, as it had none before. Checked: python -m pytest -q tools/stagekit/tests with the --portable --release build passes (20), and fails the same 16 without this change.
