MrBruh 231708d2e0 CI's profiling build only when a run asks for it (#223) ...

Every push built the profiling flavour as a build of its own, which costs runner minutes for a check few changes need. It now builds only in a run started by hand (workflow_dispatch) with its new profile box ticked; tools/ci_build.py linux profile still builds it locally.
