Stefan MaierandClaude Opus 5.5 2b988e10a9 VR: draw the held grenade in the left hand ...

The first-person view leaves out the player's body and what hangs from it,
the grenade in hand too. While the left trigger holds it, it is drawn at
the left controller each frame. Logs the grenade's hold and release for
testing.
