Let a fleet run the dedicated server: the owner's role over the web from loopback, POST /api/bans and sv_ban_address, sv_stop and sv_restart drains, the players' addresses in events, the server's identity in its status and capabilities in the RCON's hello, and each release's SHA256SUMS signed with the release key (deploy/release-key.pub, tools/release_sign.sh).
