MrBruh 310eed25f1 Fix the Windows cross build's typos, docs and shim link (#363) ...

configure.py goes back to mode 100644, which the pull request changed by
accident. The help, messages and README lose their typos, AGENTS.md and
README.md mention --windows-cross beside `ninja windows`, and the Windows
README says that the SDK needs versioned Include and Lib folders, which a
plain xwin splat lacks. The StdDef.h shim is linked again when a dangling
link is left behind, where os.symlink raised before.

Checked with python configure.py --help and a configure run, and
py_compile of the changed scripts.
