Header packet measured board-wide (every consumer, full ninja + stable
diff): 0 exact functions lost, no park drift outside the reopened four.
- struct transport_endpoint flags is a char: January's flag tests narrow
the shifted value as a signed char
- set_endpoint_blocking takes a long blocking parameter: January reads a
32-bit argument and connect_endpoint pushes it with movzx
- endpoint_blocking gains its owner prototype and returns boolean
TU: endpoint_readable single exit, set_endpoint_blocking stores the
ioctlsocket result it tests, connect_endpoint tests connect()'s result
and refills the fd_set inside the wait loop.
Newly exact: _endpoint_listening, _endpoint_readable, _set_endpoint_blocking,
_connect_endpoint. Parks 240 -> 236.
