For the VR + flat network test of OpenCE#486: upstream's main (network
version 39, client builds as distributed message 92) and the PR's branch
(fire origins, distributed message 93). network_vr.c registers the
weapon hand as the fire origin source; our own host-side use of the VR
poses for the line of sight is dropped in favour of the PR's.
