Independently reconcile the +968-byte landing from 455dffad. All seven target-only view casts strip without changing runtime sections; both new helper copies match January and link with selected providers in both orders. Batch: +3 functions, +4208 canonical credited code bytes, +4224 padded, zero regressions; 1161 tests pass. No whole-object or data credit changes.
Bink's split-arm candidate q3 is kept as the best exact-byte candidate in
research/halo_r3_20260924/bink_q3/ (with a machine-readable manifest), and
the park evidence points to it. The park is not retired and the source is
unchanged. The fighter commit cdc79e78 stays lane-only until independent
reconciliation passes; it depends on 3ee32a5c for the provider link.
