MrBruh a58fd479e5 Item resting surface: a port comment, its helpers with the private code (#231) ...

The helpers' comment is marked as the port's and says plainly what the short holds; their definitions move to the file's private code, and the plane the item is moved onto is indented inside its new surface check.
