configure.py hardcoded the NDK's linux-x86_64 toolchain folder, so the Android build could not find the NDK on a Mac. Pick the host's folder (darwin-x86_64, windows-x86_64 or linux-x86_64), or the only one the NDK has. On a case-insensitive file system, the game's <StdDef.h> shim found itself again through its own <stddef.h> inclusion and recursed. Use include_next, as the port's other header shims do.
