Introduces a new `build-linux.yml` GitHub Actions workflow that builds and tests Linux exports for both x86_64 and arm64, runs playback/streaming checks, validates runtime dependencies, packages artifacts, and uploads per-arch tarballs. It also renames the Android workflow file (`build-apk.yml` -> `build-android.yml`) and updates Android/Windows workflow names and artifact naming to use clearer, platform-generic labels.
