This only tests to ensure we are pushing the correct amount data rather
than the segment registers being correct.
Bit difficult to test for anything other than null descriptor

Fixes Unit Test loader offset
...
This was causing 32bit unit tests to load in to high 64bits.
Loads at offset constant 0x1'0000 so we always know where the code is
loaded
