Ryan Houdek 3294cc209f Adds support for Named RootFS folders in FEXConfig ...

Provides a drop down dialog of RootFS folders to select.
Will be empty if the user doesn't have any folders in place.
Just allowing directory paths to be inserted

Fixes #689
