Ryan Houdek 19fd89d2bf Linux: Fixes emulatedpath with symlink following ...

Some syscalls support `AT_SYMLINK_NOFOLLOW` In these instances we need
to follow the symlink on a couple of syscalls.

Fixes executing wine using the basic wine path
