Justin Becker 638329278c Inlined PCMPXSTRX ...

Improves performance for SSE4.2 String operations by ~10x by emitting inline ASM instead of jumping to a C++ helper.

Performance numbers from a simple microbenchmark vs the existing C++ implementation:
