DeeJanuzandClaude Opus 5.5 feab679cf6 Merge PR #63 from cinnacappu/optimize-runtime: smaller release runtime, stripped binaries, less repeated work

Conflicts against experimental:
- pack/Containerfile: experimental's venv groups (voice) and import check,
  without PySide6 there (the runtime stage checks it after the export);
  ft-spotpanel and whisper-server go into /runtime like the rest; hand
  tracking and the Hand Recorder panel stay in /src, copied whole.
- screens/build.sh: experimental's four programs, all stripped.
- justfile: both test lists.
- screens/vr.cpp: experimental's side. The PR's per-frame vector-to-array
  changes there don't fit experimental's code (UpdateCorner takes the
  lasers, HandleSize margins); left out, not ported.
