Hand tracking: With Frametop / Always / Off, applied at once through
hands/handsmode.py on the host, with a status line that says what runs
and why it can't (not installed, no capabilities, cameras). Hand cutout
margin: 0-3 degrees in 0.25 steps, written to HANDS_MATTE_MARGIN and sent
live to ft-screens (the still margin only).
