The relay takes Full Keyboard's hello ("kbhello OPEN", this user only), tells it where
typing goes and whether the screens show ("kb DESKTOP SURFACE"), and types its keys and
composed text on the desktop in order with dictation's ("kbkey", "kbtext", only from the
address that said hello; its text isn't logged). Its held keys come up where they went
down, and when it stops.
ft-screens hears it runs ("fullkb OPEN") and then passes the "vrkeyboard" commands
(text fields, keyboard_toggle, spotwatch, ft-layout) to it through the relay instead of
opening its own panel. A click on Full Keyboard's panel no longer takes typing to Steam.
ft-screens now also tells the relay whether the screens show.
Full Keyboard says in its hello whether it's up for Frametop, at once on a change.
