The list had "Latest (follows updates): v16b" and v16b again by name, and
the named one read "not downloaded" (hand models' latest lives in
hands/models/student). Now each version shows once, the latest tagged
Latest, and picking it follows updates. A setting that names the latest
version shows on that row as not following updates, with a note.
