frame-voice's d5e62b4, which never reached Frametop Voice: the spotter fires
late, so the command capture can start inside the wake phrase, and a pause
after it (waiting for the chime) ended the capture before the command was
said. A leading wake phrase is now stripped from the transcript, and one that
leaves nothing opens a second listening window.
