feat(graphics): add PNG texture override and dump store keyed by upload hash
Adds libpng, MOCKTAIL_TEXTURE_OVERRIDE_DIR (default ~/.config/mocktail/textures)
and MOCKTAIL_TEXTURE_DUMP_DIR.
