Texture overrides decode PNG through libpng, which stubs/CMakeLists.txt
already requires. Lists it in the Arch, AUR, and Nix packages, the thin
dependency installer, and the README build instructions.
- src/legacy/legacy_runtime.cc: only use symbols from stubs that own them
- src/legacy/legacy_runtime.cc: always use the android vulkan loader adapter to load vulkan
- src/update/readiness_canary.cc: expose env variables that affect the loading of dynamic libraries to the canary sandbox
- {flake.{nix, lock}, packaging/nix/package.nix}: initialize flake and nix package
- packaging/nix/package.nix: derive version from CMakeLists.txt, similar to the mocktail-git AUR package
