vii 2d1dd3788b ci(release): pass GH_TOKEN to the AppImage dependency installer ...

install_anylinux_dependencies.sh now queries the GitHub API for the rolling
release's asset IDs and digests. Without a token it uses the unauthenticated
rate limit, which shared Actions runner IPs exhaust. packages.yml already
passes the token; the release workflow runs the same script in the same
container and did not.
