vii 4c40fcdc99 fix(jnivm): stub missing JNI functions and ignore repeat releases 
Fill the 65 unimplemented JNI table slots with stubs that log once and return zero, so a call no longer jumps to address 0. A release of a handle with no reference count now returns, so a double release cannot queue one slot twice and give two objects the same handle.
