vii 5c5422fa02 fix(login): answer AccountProtocol device-integrity requests
Roblox login challenges asked for a Play Integrity token that nothing
answered, so the challenge sat out LuaApp's native timeout and looped.
A new optional bridge reports integrity as unsupported and answers token
requests at once with an empty token (TOKEN_PROVIDER_UNINITIALIZED).

// DeviceIntegrityAvailable reports no support. The APK handler always reports

// GetIntegrityToken returns at once with an empty token and
// TOKEN_PROVIDER_UNINITIALIZED, the APK's answer when its Play token provider
// never initialized. The APK answers INVALID_NONCE for a request without a
// requestHash; this bridge never inspects the request, so it cannot.
// LuaApp bounds each token request with its
// DeviceIntegrityNativeTimeoutMilliseconds flag; an immediate answer keeps a
// login challenge from sitting out that bound.
