<p>Nightcap is free and open-source software licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The license text shipped with the source governs your use of the software.</p>

<h2>No warranty</h2>

<p>Nightcap is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any loss, damage, or account action that results from using it. See sections 7 and 8 of the Apache License.</p>

<h2>Not affiliated</h2>
|
|
<p>Nightcap is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.</p>

|
<h2>Your responsibility</h2>
|
|
<p>You are responsible for following the Roblox Terms of Use and the Discord Terms of Service while using Nightcap with those services. Nightcap does not modify Roblox game logic, does not bypass Roblox security, and is not a cheat.</p>

<h2>Discord application</h2>
|
|
<p>The Nightcap Discord application only provides Rich Presence for the Nightcap desktop runtime. It requests no permissions, has no bot, and does not access your Discord account.</p>
|
|
|
|
<h2>Changes</h2>
|
|
<p>These terms may change with new releases. The current version always lives at this address.</p>
