Source code: SpeedBreaker's own is at
https://github.com/SpeedBreakerProject/speedbreaker, and each download names
the commit it was built from (in VERSION, or the Mac app's Info.plist). The
downloads also contain code by others under the GNU LGPL or GPL: FFmpeg (with
SpeedBreaker's patch) and libmspack in every download, and the GNU C Library
and GCC's runtime libraries in the SteamOS x86-64 download. Their complete
source code, at the versions used, is published next to the downloads of each
release on the project's Releases page, as
SpeedBreaker-<version>-third-party-source.tar.xz. If it is ever missing, ask
through the project's issue tracker: for at least three years after a
release, its copy is provided at no charge.

SpeedBreaker is an unofficial, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with,
endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc., the Need for Speed brand or
Valve Corporation. "Need for Speed" and "Most Wanted" are trademarks of
Electronic Arts Inc. Steam, Steam Deck, Steam Machine, Steam Frame and SteamOS
are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks belong to their
respective owners.

No game files are included or distributed. To play, you need your own legally
obtained backup (a disc image) of your own Xbox 360 disc of Need for Speed:
Most Wanted (2005). The in-app installer verifies it and installs it.
