feat(headset): connect screenshot, radial, and keyboard runtime flows

Wire native overlays, screenshot sessions, radial actions, and keyboard interception through the host and session APIs. Keep the progress ring in a separate CEF view so repeat long presses cannot flash the previous menu frame.
