Madison b5689385e1 Add VR_ARCHITECTURE.md for the Frame build (dev only) ...

The target, the frame protocol as it is in TBXR, a list of the draw
calls that depend on the camera or the screen with the rule each one
uses, the diagnostic keys and a status table. Nothing in it has been
run on the headset yet.
