Track the Android Gradle build scripts excluded by the broad build ignore rule. Bump the Android version code and identify the Quest release in the version name. Ship normal menu startup with cheats, test-map loading, weapon grants, and diagnostics disabled. Preserve and document the dynamic-lighting workaround in the external config.
