visor.elf now carries the app and its assets, unpacks them to /data/visor, installs the home screen icon and stays resident to launch the app when the icon is pressed. websrv and its Homebrew Launcher are no longer needed; the homebrew loader from websrv is vendored in third_party/websrv. The icon is a web shortcut, so the console opens its browser first. The launcher closes that browser before starting the app instead of leaving a blank page in front of it.
