1. Use SLOW preset for continuous calibration. This should
increase its accuracy with expense of increased CPU usage
before fully calibrated.
2. Save/load relative transform, so new calibration doesn't have
to start from scratch.
Use best effort calibration while nothing better is available,
this makes calibration converge within seconds.
Use relative pose for quick re-calibration until it provides
sensible quality result. This saves a lot of CPU load after
pose is calibrated.
