install-min.sh is meant to be shared as a standalone script: it now
downloads SHA256SUMS and both archives of its release into a temporary
directory under ~/.local/share/steam-frame-fixes (not /tmp, which may be
in RAM), requires both archives to be listed and verifies them before
unpacking anything. It checks for the "WoW Forever" shortcut before
downloading. Archives next to the script are still used if present.
FRAME_FIXES_URL overrides the release URL (used by the tests).
