Andrei Kvapil 946936228f feat(sce_sys): move the title to PPSA47402 ...

PPSA99310 belongs to another app in the homebrew.page catalog, and two
titles with one ID overwrite each other on a console. The game becomes
PPSA47402, released as 01.001.000; an old PPSA99310 folder has to be
removed by hand.
