Rename XRT_FEATURE_OPENXR_LAYER_EQUIRECT_LEGACY to XRT_FEATURE_OPENXR_LAYER_EQUIRECT1.
Use correct define in verify_equirect1_layer function.
Rename equirect to equirect1.
meson: enable equirect1 by default.
