lbgos d7a3a490b4 triage: keep clone history, add SteamVR version and chaperone universes ...

A replay of a real Room Setup case with Codex found the right r31 fix but
tripped over a depth-1 clone it could not compare with main, the issue
template missing at old tags, untraceable SteamVR log lines and an unknown
log time zone. The context file now also records the SteamVR version and
the chaperone universe IDs.
