- Native build #38320275017 migrated old WSI but failed at `radv_ps5_platform.c` cache SHA256 8112c2b4; verified identical to canonical R343 active source Git commit 1c874ff9, before R396 AGC changes. Cache inputs of differing age can coexist; repair whole known historical source set instead of triggering successive failed builds.
- Audited ten production-owned RADV translation units against R343. Five historical units found (WSI 6d54b8d6, cmd buffer 27e49538, physical device 56aed890, PS5 winsys 0aa478ae, PS5 platform 8112c2b4), all byte-verified from Git history and archived complete under tools/fixtures. Original R343 WSI equals R398 WSI bytes. Other five units were not R343 active patched files and remain covered by pinned Mesa-source equality.
- `tools/install-vendored-radv.py` authorizes only these five path-specific archival hashes (plus original/current); unknown SHA256 still aborts. `tools/check-vendored-radv-fork.py` stages all five historical files simultaneously, migrates to current exact ten-unit RADV fork, checks idempotence and unknown-source refusal. R400c source-only; next green source CI then native All-On rebuild. No FC27 fix claimed.

The installer authorizes these **path-bound historical hashes only**, plus the pinned Mesa originals and exact current active files. It never bypasses verification for unknown bytes. The deterministic host regression now stages **all five old files at once**, upgrades to the canonical ten-file fork, checks the second install changes nothing, and refuses unknown modifications. This avoids a one-file-at-a-time build-and-fail loop and preserves source/compiled code provenance.
No FC27 performance, HUD or freeze improvement is implied by this cache migration. R400c needs source CI and a single full native All-On build at a known SHA.
