Niak 9c580afee2 fix(ps5): R285 use C++17 compatible atomic builtins in GPU forward/reverse mappings [core-ready] 
Maintain acquire/release/relaxed publication, GPU mapping safety, exact 16-patch replay and host ASan/UBSan/TSan concurrency tests. Native PS5 compile unverified.
