Thomas CantwellandThomas Cantwell 879fdbbf74 Keep PAL's 50 Hz compensation out of the port and run it at 60 Hz (#53)
The PAL release sped the game up to play its 60 Hz timing at 50: motion
keys and SetMotionSpeed by 6/5, the opening's camera step, fades, cues,
dance and footstep windows, beam and title-sprite speeds, Jinn's and Ruby's
shot windows, and the loading screen's logo holds. Those blocks are now
#ifdef PAL_TIMING, which the PS2 PAL build defines beside PAL, so both
releases compile as before (MWCC emits identical code and data for every
changed unit, PAL and NTSC). The port defines PAL alone: it gets PAL's code
with NTSC's timing, its own copies of those functions take the NTSC
values, and the tick rate defaults to 60 a second.
